Group EMDR for Survivors of Sexual Assault
A 10-week, in-person therapy group — beginning September 27, 2026
Healing from sexual assault often happens in isolation — carrying something heavy, alone, for years. This group offers a different way.
Over ten weekly 90-minute sessions, you'll move through every stage of EMDR therapy — an evidence-based treatment recognized by the American Psychological Association and the World Health Organization as a first-line approach for trauma. You'll build a personal toolkit of grounding and resourcing skills, process what your nervous system has been holding, and do it alongside people who understand without explanation.
